Aspen class schedule 2024

PLEASE NOTE: The Jewish Community Center is currently remodeling the downstairs. It will last a few more months. During this time, we are grateful to be able to train on the top floor of the building. We will also have to adjust our schedule to the availability of this space. Young childrens 8 week sessions will be extended accordingly.

Doors open at 3:45pm Tuesdays & Thursdays.

New to Soo Bahk?

All new students 10 years+ are welcome and encouraged to try the one month trial program.

We'll have a quick meet/greet and discuss physical boundaries/limits (we are a non-contact art).

The class starts with a simple bowing-in process. After a short warm-up stretch/strengthen, we break down a few moves, basic stances, blocks, punches and kicks and how breath and philosophy meets these actions and life. You may spend some one on one time with an instructor or stay with the group. The class finishes by bowing-out.

Only $79 includes 2 classes a week and a uniform.
